Add-on services

Leave the work you need to us

We take care of tasks like server setup and security checks for you. Pay by bank transfer, and we start the work once your payment is confirmed.

There are no add-on services available to apply for right now.

How it works

  1. 1. Apply

    Choose a service and enter the target server and what you need.

  2. 2. Payment details

    After checking, we'll let you know the amount to transfer and the bank account by email and in "My requests" on the Dashboard.

  3. 3. Work

    Once your payment is confirmed, we start the work.

  4. 4. Done

    We'll let you know by email when the work is finished.

Before you apply

  • • We only accept bank transfer (prepaid). Prices shown exclude VAT, and the amount to transfer includes VAT.
  • • Once work has started, it can't be refunded for a simple change of mind. If you cancel before the work starts, we'll refund you in full. (Payment Terms Article 11-2)
  • • Work beyond the scope of your request may incur additional fees after we discuss it with you in advance.
  • • During the work, the server may restart or the connection may drop briefly. Please back up any data you need beforehand.
  • • For work that requires access to your server, we may ask you for a temporary account for the work. When the work is done, please change the password or delete the temporary account.
