How to buy a dedicated server
A dedicated server is a product where you get an entire physical server to yourself. It isn't created as soon as you pay, as a VPS is; instead, it goes in the order purchase inquiry → quote and terms → payment. To see how it differs from a VPS, first read VPS vs. dedicated server.
1. Browse the products
On the Dedicated servers page, you can see each product's CPU, memory, storage, network and monthly price.
- Monthly prices are excl. VAT, with the price incl. VAT shown alongside.
- Products with an initial setup fee show the setup fee (one-time) separately.
- You can filter by CPU name, or sort by price or by largest memory.
- Even for sold-out products, you can leave an "Ask about restock" inquiry.

Products on sale
Products on sale show the discount rate, and discounts with a set end date also show their last day. Discounts apply to the monthly price, and inquiries left during the event period are quoted at the discounted price even if they're handled after the period ends.
2. Leave a purchase inquiry
Click the inquiry button next to a product (Purchase inquiry; Inquire at sale price if it's on sale; Ask about restock if it's sold out) to jump to the inquiry form at the bottom of the page with that product already selected. You can inquire without logging in.

If you include the programs you'll run (e.g., a Minecraft server, a web service), the expected number of users and the operating system you want in your message, we can give you more accurate information.

If the specs you want aren't listed
Leave the product of interest as "None / custom spec inquiry" and describe the specs you want. We'll check and get back to you.
3. Get a quote and terms
Once your inquiry is received, we'll reach out at the contact you left. After checking stock and the setup schedule, we'll give you a quote and terms. We'll also tell you about the operating system, setup schedule and payment method at this point.
4. Pay and start using it
The contract is made when you agree to the quote and terms we've given you and pay. Payment is made in the amount and by the method we've given you. If terms agreed individually differ from the Terms of Service, the agreed terms take precedence.
How is my inquiry information kept?
The name, contact, product of interest and message you enter in an inquiry are used to handle the inquiry and are kept for 1 year from the date it's received. If a contract is made, the contract records are kept for the period required by the relevant laws. For details, see the Privacy Policy.
