Setting up server expiry reminders

In the "Notification settings" card on the server details page, you can turn email notifications on and off for each server. They're on (ON) by default.

Expiry reminders

We'll email you three times: 7 days / 3 days / 1 day before your server expires. For details, see Renewing your server.

• If you turn it off: you won't get emails even as the expiry date gets close. The server isn't renewed automatically, so you'll need to keep track of the expiry date yourself.

How can I check whether my server is responding?

We monitor around the clock whether servers are responding, and when we detect a problem, we check and act on it internally right away. You can check your server's current status yourself at any time in your Dashboard or on the server details page.

How to change the settings

1. Go to the server details page in your Dashboard.
2. In the "Notification settings" card, click the switch for the item you want to turn on or off.
3. Changes take effect immediately; there's no separate save button.

Traffic usage warnings (sent when you reach 80% of your daily allowance) currently have no separate on/off setting and are always sent. For details, see Checking traffic usage and buying more.
