Renewing your server

Your server may be stopped automatically once its expiry date passes. Please renew it before it expires.

How to renew

1. Select your server in your Dashboard.
2. Click the "Renew" button.
3. Choose how long to renew for (30 days / 60 days / 90 days).
4. Once you complete payment in the payment window, the expiry date is extended immediately.

Expiry reminders

We'll email you three times: 7 days, 3 days and 1 day before expiry. If you don't need them, you can turn off "Expiry reminder" under "Notification settings" on the server details page.

What happens to my server data after it expires?

Once a certain period has passed after expiry, the data may be deleted. If you'll keep using the server, we recommend renewing it before the expiry date. So you don't miss an upcoming expiry, we recommend not turning off the reminders above.
